    Australia's vpn server is so so slow.!!!!
    can't you guys have an extra service for AU ??

    When i connect Purevpn, the error report is: Erroe 678

    @Gary Storey Thanks for the feedback. Your suggestion has been forwarded to the concerned department. You may select "Show VPN status in Menu bar" from Network Preferences > VPN.

    I am using PureVPN on OSX Mountain Lion.
    Unfortunately there appears is no obvious way of quickle ascertaining that PureVPN is still connected.
    The Icon in the top bar always shows a dark black.
    Greying the icon out if disconnected would be useful.

    Dear PureVPN team,

    My wife and I are very happy with the performance of PureVPN for our needs in China, and especially that you offer an Australian server - something many other VPN providers do not.

    The purpose in writing this short note to you today is just to offer one suggestion. While we mainly keep our VPN set on your Australian server, from time to time we need to change the server IP to another country. I notice with my fellow expat friends who use different VPN providers, that these competitors often offer a drop-down box for the server location. This is much easier to use than the PureVPN system, where we need to go and look up a separate list of the server IP addresses in different countries, and then enter the desired IP address.

    I would like to suggest PureVPN consider implementing a similar drop down select system for country servers.

    Can you send me a diagram or a step by step guide on the right connections to get my Roku box to use the VPN ip? I have internet thru the cable company so I have a motarolla modem. a linksys EA3500 router and IMAC computer and the ROKU 3.Right now the modem is connected to the lynksis, lynsis conencted to mac and ROKU connected wirelessly and shows the mac loacl ip. please help...

    For the mac client, is it possible to have it similar to PC with the "choose the fastest DNS serve" option? the selection is manual for mac users. is there a reason for this?

    Thanx you so much 4 what IS the best & fastest service on the planet.
    I have tried & USED all the VPN services out there, and nothing comes even close 2U Guys.

    Trying the 3 day account (NO RESTRICTIONS), 2 get a feel & C what it does, when this runs out will be ABSOLUTLEY WITHOUT A F-----G DOUBT Be upgrading 4 the YEAR
