Would it be possible or should it be possible to have the dialer reconnect after a MacBook goes to sleep? i.e. the lid is closed?
Right now I think I'm right in saying I need to reconnect everytime. If I forget then it means I'm unprotected for significant periods.

@Ajit Thanks for your feedback. If you are on Mac then place make sure to check "Send all traffic over VPN connection" form advances VPN settings. For windows make sure that Split Tunneling is disabled. If you want to use Split Tunneling feature on Windows then join us Via Live Chat and we will guide you accordingly.

It says connected but no IP shows and I am still in my country.

@arie Please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP. also, try switching between the servers.

It would be nice, if I've chosen "speed" under "Purpose", to have PVPN automatically monitor and switch to a faster connection if the one I'm on is not the fastest.

your sevice is a major disappointment,facebook,you tube and trying to watch videos is a joke,nothing loads and when it does there is constant buffering,i would like a full refund.

Just wanted to say how delighted I am to have made the switch from HMA to VPN.
I was hesitant to try another package as I was hardly using HMA as it was inconsistent and unreliable.
So I signed up for a 3 day trial with Pure VPN .....The problems with my Mac OS have now dissappeared, the connection is lightening fast, the dashboard and overall interface is easy to use and the customer service was responsive and very helpful. All for the same price too....
You could do with some more servers in France, but that's a very small issue.
Many thanks for restoring my faith in using a VPN!
