    your service is very poor i an Berlin and i just cannot pick up any network !!!

    @Christen Speck Please login to the client area and check your account details email for VPN ID and Password.

    1- Login to the client area http://billing.purevpn.com/clientarea.php
    2- Go to my account details
    3- At the right side you can see "Quick Navigation" option
    4- Under that option you will find "My Email"
    5- Click on "My Email"
    6- Check your account details email for username and password

    Hi, I like the service thus far but there have been issues. I have a good connection when using the fastest US server but when I do that and I try running games like League of Legends or Steam games, there seems to be some block when trying to login. Of course, switching to another server manually like us1.x.x would more than likely solve the issue at the cost of connection speed. I connect to us6.x.x which gives me the best results. Are certain ports blocked to keep that server speed high or is there something that I maybe overlooking?

    My account can not be used on the laptop. it's not stable and the speed is very slow. It can not open website like facebook anymore. But my phone can use it well. I logged out and use it on me laptop, but it still doesnt work.

    Please include a way to ping the servers in the Mac app so i can sort by fastest connection. Even HMA VPN has this built in.

    PureVPN app for my iphone crashes every time it sleeps for a second, so I have to continually manually turn it on.

    Also, I left VPN on, on my laptop, amd it is also off when I get back on my laptop. Do I need to manually turn it on every time I get online?

    @Iyaz Khan Thanks for contacting us. This depends on improvement and new features addition. It will be updated on our website if new version will be available. If you are on Windows, Android or iOS so you will get the update notification on your PC/Devices.

    Hello,

    I just got to China and I installed my purevpn account, selecting China during set up. I have changed my DNS as I was instructed and then I entered my username and password into the dashboard and an IP address listed in the email sent to me. I am getting the error "The operation could not finish because it could not start the Remote Access Connection Manager service in time. Please try the operation again. Can you please advise on how to connect? Thank you.

    i use new make pure vpn but your vpn too many queery from google, n your server too many lost connection,
    why?

    @shahab Please share with us how you confirmed that you are having DNS leaks. If you are following the site we referred in our FAQs then ignore it as that site is not giving the accurate result for few days and reported by others too.

    please add the option for fixing DNS leak ,,, some of your competitors have this option on their software (privateinterenetaccess)

    In the dashboard settings allow user - as with IPad - to view charecters prior to them converting to black dots
