    I've been using PureVpn for about 2 months now. Too many disconnections, too difficult to connect anywhere. Sometimes it's fine, but I would say that almost half the time, I encounter problems with disconnections. I am not satisfied and I wonder if I can have my money back

    Even with the VPN running I still seem to be blocked from some sites. I cannot connect to www.ksl.com

    Im from Argentina and now i am working in china, i can not use many websites as china internet policy thats why i need vpn service, but i can not see your different rates to make an account

    @Daisuke Yokoi This is to inform you that you were send an email with a list of servers. Please check your email inbox/junk/spam folder for the same and to access blocked/geo-restricted websites from China. Please connect to outside China servers

    And "country" is not China.

    I keep getting disconnected immediately when trying to connect from China. This is my first time using, but it has not worked to this point.

    @Mike Schultz, Please make sure to update the iOS app to the latest version i.e. 2.3 and then check. Feel free to contact us if your problem persists.
    Regarding laptop, please confirm how long your laptop was left untouched when you observed this issue. Sometimes the settings in Operating System disconnects the internet when it is left unused for long time or the lid is closed. If that is the case, VPN will also disconnect as VPN works within internet connection.
