@Dallin Abendroth Thank you for your feedback. Please login to your client area and click on "My Services" option. It will list all your active services. At extreme right of each service row there is an image resembling "->" arrow, click on that. On next page that opens, you will find "Request Cancellation" at bottom.

I have enjoyed a very good service from PureVPN while I was abroad, but I no longer have a need for the service and would like to cancel my account. I don't know how to do this and it is a bit frustrating.

@Garry Merrill Thank for contacting us. This is to inform you that some of the anti-virus blocks this feature so please allow the PureVPN through your anti-virus and check again or submit a support ticket from your Client Area and we will assist you.
In order to use Split tunneling, please make sure to close the browser completely before launching it from Split Tunneling. If your browser is already running so Split tunneling will not work.
-Once you will add the applications and enable it then make sure to select make it permanent option. Split tunneling will use the server that you will select from Dashboard/Personalize selection tab.
-Once you will connect VPN then all option will become inactive and you cannot change any settings due to OS limitations as you can't change/modify the running process.
-Most of the 3rd party applications are can be found under Program files folder but Chrome has different location. You can get the location of any 3rd party app by right clicking on app icon, go to properties.

The split tunnelling dos not seem to work. I have followed up with the online support but after 30 mins of back and forth support it still does not work. I am not sure how to get this workng. Its a shame as that was one of the features i thought I was getting when I signed up for a one year service. Is there any other help I can get?
When will thies feature come out of beta or when is the next bug fix/patch improvement for this feature coming?Also there are some improvement to the way the split tunnelling works that would make this better to use if it did work.
1. When you choose to add a application on the split tunnelling screen please show which country you are selecting for
2. It was not clear that after starting the VPN that you cannot change the split tunneling
3. When you select add a application it was hard to determine where the applications like skype are stored on your c: drive. Some guide at a minimum of where generally the key apps like skype/chrome/explorer are stored or a tool to locate *.exe filesGarry

@Na Please right click on the PureVPN icon on the desktop and go to Properties. Then got o compatibility Tab and mark on "Always run as administrator" then save and apply settings.

I am a british teacher living in China. I have just got internet in my apartment here. When I try connecting to my vpn it is coming up with the message 'connect to proram through admin rights'. When I click on this it is saying it cannot display the page...Can you help?
