@Doug Bailey Please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP and switching between the server. Also disable the firewalls of your system and your router and disable the antivirus program. Also share with us where you are located and which operating system you are using, and we will assist you accordingly.

Hi,
What's up with your servers? I can't get a stable connection at all. Having real problems uploading videos to youtube. When I finally do get them uploaded, it then wont process them. VPN keeps dropping out every 5 mins. Very frustrating. The bandwith is so erratic. I'm even having a tough time trying to send you this feedback !!!!!!

when are you going to change ip adresses automaticly, you keep asking me on my account. I use hma alot more than pure vpn because they have the feature, but your speeds are better so if you had the auto ip switch feature It I would switch completly to you guys
