I installed the purevpn software for osx on my macbook pro, but trying to connect i get the error message that a certain helper tool is not installed. YES i want to install it now --> authentification failure.
is there extra software?
do I have to log in differently? -

I'm starting to get the sense that your VPN Software log's all my usage and sells it to THIRD PARTYS!
I connect to the "Fastest" Canada Server. IP: 205.204.95.33 IPTrace which has hops from OTTAWA to Montreal- per my domain network tools.
10minutes later a call to my LAND LINE from "OTTAWA" shows up on my caller ID. I let the voicemail pick it up and it is of a fax machine on the other end.
So this is my story as to why I think PUREVPN sells my VPN usage to third partys. I will not recommend this product to anyone and will discontinue my service after this current billing period.

I like the service a lot. But I was using HMA before switching to PureVPN. HMA use to connect itself after waking up the computer. Pure VPN doesn't. I would love to see this feature. But HMA was soooo slow. Pure PVN is much faster and that's why I made the switch. I fell unprotected without the feature your service lacks. Thank you so much. Even though... I'm not switching back to HMA because you guys are way better!

hi thjere I am totally dissatisfied with the pure vpn service - the last 2 weeks it's been not working very well - I couldn't watch a show without any disturbances. what is going on?!?!?!?

@Adrienne Nash Please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP and switching between the servers. Also please disable the firewalls of your router and your system and disable the antivirus program, if any.
