    the Pure vpn client for mac isn't working good. It's very dificult to configure the client.

    @AKIHIRO YAMAZAKI Please find PPTP/L2TP in the email having your username and password. Please click on PPTP/L2TP and you will get the server address list.

    can you guys create an applet for wifi routers like what your competitor Astrill does? The windows and mac installer seems bloated and outdated
    as such, i cant select the new servers to connect to. and i cant get it to work on my virtual windows partition

    A branded router would be great if it was an addition to the ISP router in place. I would think this would add a new level of secirity as the ISP router would not be included in downloads.
    My sppeds right now are incredible (Fiber),but no where near the 75Mb rated download speed.

    dashboard and the PureVPN client are excellent and easy to use. The main fault is that the client window cannot be made smaller (in Mac OS). It takes up too much screen space and should be able to be set to about one sixth of its present size and making more use of tabs to economise on the use of space and feel more streamlined

    Hi, I purchased purevpn a few days ago, works well. As feedback, may I suggest:

    1. Only 6 servers are available in Australia which is not sufficient. I would have expected more than that, 12 or so at least.
    2. The servers for Australia are all located in Brisbane. Other servers should at least be offered in Sydney and probably Melbourne also.
    3. I think also servers should be offered in New Zealand if possible also.

    Is there a way to quickly select servers from different countries from within the PureVPN
    Windows app?
    Currently, I am copying and pasting IP addresses from a list, but on your site
    I have seen an app screen shot showing what appears to be a clickable world map?
    Where is this in the actual app?

    Recently When I have logged in to a few US sites from overseas, using the US server, the sites have identified me as international and prevented me from logging in. this was using both PPTP and L2TP.
