@Joe Russo - It is to inform you that we offer multiple US servers so please try switching between US servers and you are in China so also please try connecting with these IPs 65.60.18.130 and 108.62.233.194 and check Netflix.

I live in China, I was able to access Netflix in the past. Now when i'm on PURE VPN it knows i'm in China and says it's unavailable. I even tried logging onto netflix-us.purevpn.net server.

I am in China,, And I have use at least 5 VPN since I am here. PureVPN is by far the best one I have used so far. Fast, Stable and Easy to Use. Also The online technician Have been must usefull

@Tiff Thanks for your feedback. PureVPN pre-configured router will allow the non-tecnical people to simply put the login username and password to connect, as sometimes people get difficulties in configuring VPN on third party firmware routers. That router will have PureVPN Firmware.

I've just reinstalled your latest version that now has the bbciplayer choice. 90% of my use of vpn is BBC and I've encourntered many streaming problems in the past.
Your new version (so far) seems to have done away with the streaming issues I had. I am so very, very happy now - no more frustrating changing from one protocol to another to try to find the best one.Wonderful - thank you vey much. By the way - I've been using Purevpn for years and have always found it the best when I've compared to others - now it's even better. A truly satisfied customer now.

Would be great if the PureVPN taskbar icon in OS X would indicate a connected/diconnected state... instead of having to click and view the dialer.

Hello,
I like your service, it's easy to use and connects quickly most of the time.
I have a suggestion. Is there a way to show which server the user is connected to? I know that it briefly flashes the server across the bottom of the dashboard when the connection is made, but could that info be shown for the duration of the connected time somewhere?
