I'm on a month to month non recurring subscription. Seems like I have to wait for the verification process followed by a new username and password everytime I renew. This is too inconvenient I will not be renewing again.

1/ Could you please create a retina application for the new apple macbook pro ?
2/on the server selection tool, refresh automiticaly the text box and delete the process button. we are in 2014 :)regards.

VPN says it's connected but sites are still blocked, cannot "disconnect". Have had this problem before, VPN connects instantly but is not realy connected. Thanks for help!

I recently saw the new addition of the "Kill Switch" for Windows. Is there a Mac Version in the works? If so, do you have an ETA? purevpn client disconects freqently without any notice. The only notice i get is if the client does not make a connection up start up or switching servers.

i have tried to open purevpn on another computer using my username and password and it states that the combination is wrong. i shut down my other computer in case of conflict.
is there a way of restting my password? then I can try again. -
