    Dear all,
    i would like to complain about your servers in germany. Since some time, maybe 2 weeks, i always get a 5.xxx.xxx.xxx IP Adress from your service as fastest server in germany. But this service/server is very slow and not comparable to the other servers i got before from Pure VPN.
    Can you please check the german servers and give me feedback.

    @PAt - It is to inform you that you can change the name of the app which you want to add in Split Tunneling by renaming the exe file and then add in Split tuneling.

    @erin - Please share with us which username you are using to connect VPN. Please use username and password which we sent you via email. Also please make sure to enter username and password instead of copy paste and there should not be any space in username and password.

    It would be cool if we can attach a name to an app for split Tunneling.
    Ex : I add 2 app with the same name "firefox.exe" + "firefox.exe"
    Somes users could need to rename "My private firefox" + "My regular firefox"

    I cannot log on to the VPN. It states "Authentication failed." Please advise.

    @Tadas We apologize for the inconvenience. We have just sent you an email with the list of "PureVPN Server IPs" please try connect VPN through them and make sure to try both protocols i.e. PPTP / L2TP . Also please let us know that are you able to access www.purevpn.org from there or not? and we will assist you accordingly.

    I am located in China. Operating system windows 7. Took me 4hours to instal it...error with windows netframe error.

    Its funny because to install pure vpn I need another VPN! Otherwise no chance. Why would I purchase pure VPN if I already have one? Secondly after all these Jesus Cross ways when I got the app installed, it simply wont connect because I prob need Server IP. How can I get it if I dont have vpn yet? Its blocked. Web page is blocked too...

    Im sorry for my tone, but Im really frustrated.

    Im spending half of my day to instal this app, and when its done its not connecting. Where are those ip codes? Didnt receive any

    @rhona Please share with us what error comes up when you connect. Also please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP and switching between the servers as well.

    Hi,
    I'm really fed up with your VNP, i can't never connect with your Swiss servers when i want it.
    Could you please check your Swiss server and make it a little bit more reliable?

    @Andy Smyth Please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP. Also please disable the antivirus program and the firewalls of your system and the firewalls of your router as well. Also please share with us which Operating System you are using and we will assist you accordingly.
