    Ever since I started using pure vpn for torrents on stremio, the connection is so slow my requests on stremio get "timed out". When I disconnnected vpn and did a speed test, my download speed is 18.35 and my upload speed is 5.35. So it's not my internet connection speed that's the problem. Please advise what I need to do to get the speed faster.

    I'm in china. every time I try to coonect vpn says its unable to coonect. getting pissed off.

    I can't connect to PureVPN on my computer. （VPN Error 800 on the bottom） But it works on my Iphone.

    I cant use my VPN, because i don't have a password.
    I m in China, and the email adress associate with my account is landrychosson@gmail.com.
    Please, use my yahoo mail, wich is not blocked in China.

    Hi

    I am a PURE VPN User & have a question. Sometimes when the Status of Pure VPN is "connected" & I do a IP_Adress check it is still my normal IP Adress. I want to rely that my connection is anonymous when the Dashboard shows that the connection is on "connected" and don´t want to doublecheck!!!. How comes?

    Everything has worked super smooth, use mostly US servers. Updated to 5.16 and it was a mess. Error 720 on everything. Thorugh trial and error could only get stealth mode to work, occasionally and then for only a few mintues before ikt disconnects. Wish I had never been prompted to upgrade. Tried to go back to 5.15.1 Same thing! Now I'm back to the OLD windows version and can ONLY connect OpenVPN-TCP, nothing else works.
