Connection interface not friendly to first time user.
The window does not size fully to see activity at bottom of screen.
The error messages are only displayed briefly.
There is no integrated help/reference documents.
For instance, it is not clear how to use with my browser.
I am assuming that once connected all my email and browser communications are being encrypted as they are sent from this computer.
I will go back to the website and study up.
But would be useful to have this type of FAQ and first steps integrated into the Connection window.Best,

Hi, since you updated the VPN on my Android Minix box I cannot connect to catchup TV in the UK,
the server says I'm connected to the UK but the country says I'm in Spain so the UK server says I am not in the UK, how can I fix this,thanks and regards,

@gordon - It is to inform you that we have checked your account and it is working fine at our end. Please enter username and password manually instead of copy paste and make sure that there should not be any space in username and password. Please follow the below steps to get your VPN username and password.
1- Login to the client area http://billing.purevpn.com/clientarea.php
2- Go to my account details
3- At the right side you can see "Quick Navigation" option
4- Under that option you will find "My Email"
5- Click on "My Email"
6- Check your account details email for username and password -

@Michael - In order to better assist you please share the following information:
1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

you suplied me with a pass word that is not accepted and also my own password is not accepted. it has take eight hours and still no service will you help please.

As soon as I connect PureVPN I can no longer access anything. My internet basically stops. I cannot download anything, I can not access basic internet sites, I can't play videos. Everything basically stops. What is the point if I can't access anything? If this is the product I expect a full refund.

your vpn does not work. I have selected the french VPN you provide to be able to look TV channel from abroad, and I can't as all tvs send messages that I cannot view the progams as they are only available from France

I just signed up. Paid. Downloaded purevpn, went to dashboard, tried to connect, and nothing happens. Quite disappointed.
