@raul - It is to inform you that we have cancelled the auto-recurring payment of your subscription and you will not charge automatically for second month but an invoice will generate a week before the expiry of your account and if you wish to continue you have to pay that invoice manually.

@Michael Crumpton - It is to inform you that once you connect with VPN your real IP hides and you will be assigned VPN IP. Also having connected with VPN encrypted tunnel creates so your all traffic will pass through this tunnel and your traffic will be encrypted.

Since I joined VPN last night I have received 4 emails from you. They are:
1. Invoice payment confirmatin at 1106 pm
2. Confirming unlimited annual account at 1106 pm
3. Support response to unable to log on query at 1151 pm
4. Welcome to affiliate programme at 7.41 amI have NOT received any email re how to log on with the requuired
USER NAME & PASSWORD.Unless this is resolved to-day I will be requesting full refund.
This is my third attempt since last night to elicit a response that resolves the problem. -

That Hulu trick you guys have as an advertisement to let us in HULU using the dropdown in the VPN doesnt work. I get the same message, that based on my IP they know I am remote.
