    @Marie - Please download our software from our website as per your operating system and use VPN username and password which we sent you via email,select protocol i.e PPTP/L2TP and select server of your choice then connect VPN.     Can you please remind me of the subscription type I have and its expiry date? As well as whether it will be renewed automatically or whtether I will be prompted a few weeks in advance to renew my subscription.

    I have the service now working, thank you. This is impossibly slow to pull up anything on the Internet now. Am I doing something wrong?

    I am writing a short e-mail to highlight the fact that I am short of a mental collapse and have tolerated enough disconnections to last me a near life time while logging onto you tube. I have systematically gone through all the U.K servers and the German and Swiss servers too and I just am wondering what is exactly going on with the servers at your company. I would be delighted to get a response about the issue at hand and have some insight as to why it is so unstable.

    dissappointed to discover the much heralded third protocol has not been implemented for Mac users. not sure if the encryption is functioning as there does not appear to be a menu option in settings to optimise for security or speed

    Hi,

    I subscribed this vpn service mainly for accessing China server, but I found few issue on my case. First I installed iOS app from app store then try to install a profile but it never success. It is possible to fix the issue or any other way to manually setup ? Second, I tried on my mac to access China server and felt the speed is slow. Can you help to check the issue ?

    the system is not working as well.
