    It's so hard to use pureVPN on OSX。
    1. PureVPN does not support Retina display,it's blurry.

    2. Client not has a function of pinging the servers, showing the latency and I have to choose one by one to test if I can connect to the server or not. It's a waste of time.

    Quite disappointing 1st day of FIFA world cup!
    Tried to connect to a UK server, but ended in South Africa by default!
    Then tried to connect to Germany, but got routed to Thailand!
    What is the matter?
    Then, I chose UK server myself instead of your intelligent routing, and managed to get to itv:
    the image was constantly freezing and itv just shut down after 45min indicating a technical error.
    Not happy at all!!!

    France Server is detected as Germany. I can't access French content as it is blocked outside of France.
    This is not what I paid for.

    Hi i have an account, and i have a problem. My web protection is not on. You gave me a code, that code was ok but then i remove my protection and with my old code i can log in

    I am getting lots of error messages and the BBC thinks that I am anamerican!

    @Jimmy Actually PureVPN has added multiple servers in 9 countries (including China) and increased the number of IPs from 22000 to 40000. As the IPs are recently added, it takes some time to update the information of the IPs on particualr website. If you check the IP on multiple IP locating websites like www.ip2location.com or www.maxmind.com then you may observe that the IP location has been updated there but still if you are unable to access any particular website it confirms that the database of that website is not yet updated. You are suggested to allow some time like a week or two and you will be able to access.

    I am unable to connect to "China". When I connect to "cn1.purevpn.net", it's still the US IP ?

    Hi, I subscribed 3 days trial to test before purchase the annual package.

    So far 2 issues identified.

    1: Not able to connect to China Server, even if I choose the "China server", it actually connected to Brazil server.

    2: The connection to watch Hulu is very slow. I connect to the Steaming for Hulu connection, but I hardly watch videos in Hulu with that slow speed. It basically played 5 seconds, hang for another 30 seconds..

    Hope that it can be fix so that I can finalize the testing and decide on the subscription.

    I do not have anything listed under personalized to find the watch Hulu link, also I could not find the send link in the chat window, thank you
