    Just thought you should know that PureVPN created a popup dialog with this error message, and then crashed (ending the program)
    "An unhandled exception has occurred
    Balloon tip text must have a non-empty value."

    I am unable to find any error logs if any where generated.

    add a feature to change data recieved value from bytes to megabytes, it will help a lot. awaiting your reply

    Hi，

    My system is windows8.1 pro.
    When I use Split tunnelling function, it cannot effect.
    All lunched from app still go throught ISP/LAN.
    I hava run it as admin permission.

    The best I can get is 60k per second which is barely enough to open a 1990s website without any pictures. Very disspointed in your product.

    Amazon just came out with a Kindle Fire that is geared for Amazon prime.

    This helps answer the question on the router that is always asked.

    YES, we need a Pure VPN dedicated router that could easily hook to our ISP router.

    @tiankian It is to inform you that PureVPN has added multiple servers in 9 countries and increased the number of IPs from 22000 to 40000. As the IPs are recently added, it takes some time to update the information of the IPs on particualr website. If you check the IP on multiple IP locating websites like www.ip2location.com or www.maxmind.com then you may observe that the IP location has been updated there but still if you are unable to access any particular website it confirms that the database of that website is not yet updated. You are suggested to allow some time like a week or two and you will be able to access.

    is there anyway that i can watch cctv 5 live(china) or ELTA(taiwan)for world cup?
    i tried using purevpn's china server but i am still getting the "this is not available to your country" message.

    It will be nice to have a auto-reconnect after it's disconnecting on the Mac Client version.
