1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

I use the Ireland fastest server to connect to the net but I show up as being connected from Canada. I check the Ip and I am told it is Buffalo, New York. Very confused.

Unfortunately i paid for a year for a mere 20kps connection. have you no shame?
Cannot even stream YouTube. Why do you not want to provide for your customer
base? Why jilt the public, why are youy angry? You could have a good thing going
if you provided what you initially offered (5-10mps connections) to your paying
faithful customers who believed in your cause. just does not make sense. -

Dexter Actually we have tested the software with more than 50 antivirus programs but only Norton has this issue, which is safe to ignore. Moreover, we are forwarding your suggestion for the tutorial to the concerned department. -

I recently signed up with pureVPN and have a few comments to make.
1. During the download of the VPN software for windows, Norton Antivirus software
issued a warning that the software is a trojan threat and deleted it. I had to manually
overide this and retored the software manually. Think it important to highlight this
issue with Norton and any other virus software compaines.Also good to have a statement in your website informing customers to ignore this
warning and that they can safely proceed with the installation.2. The FAQ and documentation in your website should be updated to include
win 8 and not just wn 7.Overall I am quite please with the pureVPN service so far and will definately continue
with my 1 yr subscrption.Regards

I'm unable to connect to HULU. Error message states my IP isn't from the US?
No issue with Netflix.
Is it possible the IP is from another western company when I logged into Pure?

Problems connecting. When i'm able to connect, the connection is unstable. Have tried conecting trough router VPN client and PureVPN sotware from computer. During the short time of connection i only se up speeds of 6-8kbps, and no down sped at all. Uses te Norway server, but same reult on other servers, tried diferent protocolls.

Minor issues:
1) Client does not usually connect whrn started 1st time when protpcol is set to [AUTO].
2) There is no Verion information in client UI
3) Client often kills my Bluetooth connections to keyboard and mouse when starting.But, GREAT product! Highly recommended.

Your service sucks, I can't believe I wasted this money. My internet connection here is solid. However, I'm disconnected constantly from your servers. Other friends of mine are using VyprVPN in China and have not had a single issue. I will be dropping your service for your competitors next billing statement.

Greetings! This is a good application and I use it everyday... the only problem that I have found is the no warning message for vpn server disconnection and the missing option of automatic reconnect when this happens... It could be great have this setting during the connection. The idea is reconnect as soon as possible automatically and warning me when connection is down. Thanks to all!

I am using purevpn for one year and was surprised to find out that when my connection vpn cut the killer switch didn’t work. Your technical support told me that the reason behind the failure was being a mac user and not a windows user. I think that your advert page should be clear, because this was in fact one of the reasons i chose your services and found myself without it. In the last to 2 days I have been disconnected twice which makes me question the reliability of purevpn. I hope these are only small glitches and that you can develop the killer switch for mac users. Security and trust are what consumers want from vpn.
