Hi! I would like to see retina menu bar icons for Mac OS X. Doing such is a matter of a small amount of code change, and updating the resources within PureVPN's software to acknowledge "menulet_key@2x.png", while supplying a retina icon. I would gladly do any of these tasks for free; please let me know if there is any way I can speed up this process.

Integrated into the software a "share vpn connection via ethernet, wifi etc" to connect external devices through it. as the windows configuration doesnt always work

It's extremely slow to connect to the Norway Server from southeast China! :(
We really look forward for a real Norwegian server directly from Norway, not a VPN from Netherlands :) -

@John - In order to better assist you please share the following information:
1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly. -

Hi,
Not good- recently, your VPN service simply hasn't worked when I have tried to use it.
Trying to connect to a UK website, the connection your are providing is not allowing this and I am still being deemed as not based in UK.
If this doesn't improve I think I am due a refund.

Hi PVPN,
I find the support a bit weak. I am given vague instructions with not much follow up.
There should be a step by step setting setup /protocol thats comprehensive and easy to follow.
When the VPN is on I can't use email and web surfing is slow or the server disconnects.
I think split tunnelling would help with this and I used it last night but today it won't work.
or let me use it.
Very time consuming. I don't know if there is any point to it.

I am trying the 3 day trial, and the data speed test is not so good. Without VPN my download spped is 54mb/s and upload 5 mb/s.
With VPN - download is 4.75 mb/s and upload 2.7 mb/s Way too slow. I will not be purchasing the product.Thanks,

@HAO JIYUAN - Sorry for the inconvenience. PureVPN has added multiple servers in 9 countries and increased the number of IPs from 22000 to 40000. As the IPs are recently added, it takes some time to update the information of the IPs. The IP locating websites update their data base not on daily basis so it may take two weeks or so due to which you are getting wrong information. You are suggested to wait and let the information be updated on the IP locating websites.
