    I receeive your indications.But nothing is working.Please i make the account last niht.I need refund.I need my money back.Purevpn is usless for me.So i can not pay for nothing.I want my money please.

    I am in Shanghai, China now, I have PureVPN connection but frequently.
    I can only stay connected for few minutes, or few tens minutes,
    then it will prompt me the connection was lost.
    I tried connect to Japan / HK / US server, but the result were the same.
    I could not browse web or watch youtube with this condition.
    Please show me a solution.

    I am Getting Website Blocked messages for VEOH.com, wat.tv and some others.

    Is there something that I can do about it. Is this specific to the server used or across the board?

    @rick It is to inform you that PureVPN has added multiple new servers and increased the number of IPs from 22000 to 40000. As the IPs are recently added, it takes some time to update the information of the IPs. The IP locating websites update their data base not on daily basis so it may take two weeks or so due to which you are getting wrong information. You are suggested to wait and let the information be updated on the IP locating websites.

    china vpn doesn't work, it show that the location is in brazil.

    #greg To resolve error 741 please set VPN encryption level from none to require or optional . If you are using PureVPN software please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

    1- Open PureVPN client software
    2- Go to settings
    3- There is Encryption security option
    4- Set encryption to; Optional Encryption;or Require Encryption
    5- Save Settings
    6- Press quick connect from the Dashboard option
    7- Make sure you have selected the server / protocol on which you are getting error.

    Hello,

    When i try to connect to the servers in the UK, london and maidenhead it never works.

    Also, pure vpn is very laggy, my old vpn (panda pow) was more reliable. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi,

    I cannot connect to serves in Poland. After a while the error 800 message pops in. I have no problem with other servers in different countries.
    already sent a message to Support, but I am uncertain, if it did go?
