1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

I just bought this package and it won't even connect to any thing in the US. I am currently in Japan trying to watch US Tv. I am not sure what i did wrong, but if i can't figure this out I am going to cancel my order. it should not be this complicated.

Hi,
Show error logs in a pop-up otherwise we don't notice that an error occured.
There's also no way of looking at log history.

I realize that the killswitch is still in beta, but it really doesn't work very well. This would be a great product if the killswitch was reliable, but its risky to use without it, because if the server I am connected to drops for any reason or I manually disconnect, then my true ip address and info are instantly exposed. I hope you manage to get the killswitch situation nailed down and offer an update in the very near future, because as a customer, without it, I feel unconfident that I am totally anonymous whilst surfing online.

I am trying to watch BBC via iPlayer. I have connected to UK server, but I am still getting this message:
BBC iPlayer TV programmes are available to play in the UK only. Find out why.
If you are in the UK and see this message please read this advice.I noticed that my IP address changed to 162.246.187.49
and by checking using www.iplocation.net, it stated that the IP is from USA.Could you advise please?

I have all of the PPTP line is not connected, I have a few computers, but the problem still exists, and the phone is not connected. PPTP is very fast, and now the L2TP is too slow. On your official website said that in addition PPTP, l2TP connections, also provide IPS connections, but I couldn't find it.

I just signed up with Purevpn 1/2 hr ago. Download software, opened up tried to connect, but nothing happened. I see at the bottom the message showed please install tap driver to openvpn. Please advice
