    Hi,

    I'm getting constant disconects with your client, and the auto recconect feature does nothing.

    This is very frustating to come along and use my vpn connection to find its disconected AGAIN and i have to manually connect to it.

    I cant use the Windows built in vpn connection as it has no auto reconnect option (windows 8)

    WHY does my vpn connnection keep on dropping?

    @Christoph Roth Thanks for contacting us. Please try switching between protocols i.e. PPTP / L2TP and servers then connect again and share the results with us.

    iPhone App: continually disconnects - automatically - not good. If I don't always check the icon VPN - can't rely blindly on VPN. Whether I'm on 4G/3G or Wifi - VPN should be on if I decide so.

    trying to set the vpn to start up automatically on computer start up but am unable toi tick the box in settings????

    Hulu and Vudo no longer accepting any of your servers. If you cannot come up with effective servers, i will cancel subscription.

    your service keeps disconnecting after 20 minutes and reconnect is this normal ? was trying to find something more stable then having disconnected 20 times in the last 8 hours

    the service sucks, unreliable
    will not continue with it after the month finishes
    Very often I have this error
    The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.
