I am very happy with your current services, but are there any future plans to have servers located in either Seattle, WA. or Vancouver, BC? My best current option in terms of latency is the Chicago, IL. server. I am located in Vancouver.

How come the app does not launch automatically when I start the MacPro? Even when I log off and then log on I must manually restart the app to receive the protection I bought. I have set the settings to auto but these seem to be ineffective. Any suggestions.

tried to watch Hulu from sweden, but no success. Will soon be in africa (nigeria), so douting that this service will work when I get there.

Hi,
Regarding your app for android. It does not seem to work well when I try to use it in China. It keeps crashing. As soon as I run another vpn like astril and then run purevpn, then it works. But as soon as I switch off Astril and try to use purevpn by itself on my phone, it stalls or crashes.
Can you please look into this or suggest a fix to the problem.
Your pc version works great in China though.Thank you,

Hi,
It really not worked well on android:
quite difficult to connect servers in China by the app,
sometimes need a long time to connect,
sometimes hang.
But anything worked well in Hong Kong.
Please improve it. -
