1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly. -

Hi Support-Team.
I tried the Split Tunneling feature and it doesn't work on my side.
I tried/added Chrome browser and restarted the purevpn client. After that i
started Chrome with the 'launch' button. Then i checked my ip with the help of the browers
and it shows me my not hidden ip and i see now traffic going over the vpn connection.I can't see what i could have done wrong. Have you any adice for me?

Hello -
I am a new user to the Mac OSx PureVPN client and I would like to provide the following feedback:
1. The menu bar at the top of the screen where the PureVPN applet resides needs to change color or shape to indicate connected or not connected.
2. It would be great to have the split-tunnel functionality available on the Mac OS version of the PureVPN client as well.

My VPN connection seems to drop every two minutes, not matter what country I choose.

Hi i've been requested to send in some feed back from this connection - as there are issues here... (i connected this morning and have returned back to this control panel and found out the connection has closed without notice)

FYI - with smart DNS the following channels do not function.
1. None of the three disney - I receive an unavailable error to try again later.
2. CNBC works but the live feed does not work.
3. ABC News app doesnt work at all - like disney it reports "Unavailable try again later).
4. PBS works but PBS kids does not.

This is TERRIBLE! It takes forever to connect, if it even decides to connect, and then
it just dumps the connection with no reason, no explanation, nothing.
All of a sudden, everything stops working, and that is how I find out.
This is absolutely unnacceptable. I want my money back.
