Hola. In the Users Forum there is a document "How to activate SmartDNS on Windows" (using PureVPN Client).
Step #1 says "Open the PureVPN dialer and click on the SmartDNS option on the left hand side".
Well mine doesn't have that option - what to do?

Guys, PureVPN rocks (specially the IKEv2 servers for my WP 8.1 phone). May I suggest a redesign to the application look? It feels too flashy.

@john Please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP and switching between the servers. Also please share which operating system you are using and we will assist you accordingly.

Under nrmal sircumstances I am a very positive and happy person, however I am VERY FRUSTRATED with you service.
for several weeks I have unable to access HULU, and today your chat system was not working or working slow. My renew time is very near, and if I cannot access Hulu by then will not renew and find some other VPN services.
I would appreciate your help in this matter.
