    I cannot watch anything from BBC i player, this VPN was working owever its now stopped has something changed

    Whenever i stream a program or a film over the internet it constantly breaks up and keeps buffering however when i turn Pure VPN off i can stream normally watching Australian channels.

    24/7 service? I just paid $13 and have been unable to login in successfully. I have emailed support 4 times now in the past 15 minutes with no response.

    How to get a China IP address? I have tried all options, all I have got is a US IP addres.

    1) Which server do you try to connect?
    2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
    3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
    4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
    5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
    6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly

    Hi,

    I have difficulites to coonect smoohtly with your VPN from China!
    Try using different countires, Germany/Canada/Taiwan/HK servers...
    Many times VPN connected, but no data come through. And often the connections are dropped within mins.
