It doesnt seem like this pureVPN works, as it obviously isnt hiding my IP address when I go on certain sites, for example gumtree, to post an ad. My account get deleted straight away so they must see my IP or computer details... is there anyway aroudn this?

Lately I upgraded the PureVpn Client. It's really bad. It quits every 2 or 3 minutes, so annoying and disappointing.

Future enhancement suggestion - It would be really useful if the PureVPN tray icon was a different color (other than green) when Split Tunneling is in effect. I have multiple installations of PureVPN, some set for split tunneling and others not. I routinely make errors assuming VPN if active when its not on when split tunneling is set.

Hi - just signed up today and so far the service has been great.
One small suggestion I have is for the Mac version of your software: the 'P' which sits in the menu bar at the top right of the screen - I think it would be helpful if you made it a visual cue of the state of your connection. For example, it turns green when you are connected, red if you are disconnected (serves as a warning that you aren't secure).

Dear pureVPN,
The connection im getting seems to be quite bad! Im streaming from tenplay.com.au but a 40 min show can easily take 1.5hours to watch due to the connection. Is this normal?
My internet connection in denmark is fine and fast.

For past two days I have been able to get internet access (to UK server for BBC) from Germany. I can connect but connection shows "no internet access". Is this a known problem please and when can I expect normal service to be resumed. If there is action I can take please let me know. Tahnk You.

@Kyle Larson - Please follow the below steps to reset your VPN password:
1. Please Open Client Login page http://billing.purevpn.com/clientarea.php
2. Enter your registration email address and password to login to Client Area
3. Goto account details
4. Click on change password
5. Click on change VPN password
6. You will receive an email with token No so enter your token No and click verify
7. Then enter your desired password
8. Click save changes -

Dear Purevpn provider,
I sign in with you less than a week ago, and I'm getting pretty much disapointed with your service.
Whenever I tried to connect to a US server I get a UK one. Whenever I tried to connect to a UK server I get a German one.
But today is getting even worse, I'm trying to connect to a UK server and... I get nothing. No internet access at all.
Would you be so kind of checking this, asap?

I can't connect to the VPN as it keeps saying that I am using wrong username or password. I am using my email address as my username and I changed my password today. Please can you advise how I can start using this?
