1: Open VPN client software
2: Go to Personalized selection tab
3: Then select Browse all servers
4: Select UK and connect from there -

@Darrick Wilmers It is inform you that you can not configure PureVPN on PPPoe but you may configure it of your router supports PPTP protocol and if it is not working as a modem.

@Dick Elberse You are requested remove the PureVPN details once from your VPN app, then enter it again and check the option remember me. Also then you may go to network Preferences and enter the account details there to. Then check again and if still the problem persists then you may join us via live chat. Regarding the iphone app issue it is to inform you that our technical team is working on the app and it will updated shortly, till then you are suggested to configure VPN manually by following the links given below.

its a joke half the time the vps does not even work. i dont need it for a lot so when i do need it i would like for it to work. you cant even stay connected long enough to watch a full episode on netflix.

Hi Pure vpn.Can you help please,I am having a problem.I tried chat but it does not seem to work.My friend is also having the exact same issue.I and she have tried on differant computers and the same problem exists.If i or she tries to connect via aoutomatic or the LP2 connetion to UK fastest it will show connected but if i or she tries a uk www it says not in uk.the only way to use a uk www is to connect via "uk tv" and click on the map. previously i / she had it set up to connect automatically and it was great.using the map system it seems this is not possible.i also just tried to connect to usa while here in canada and it won't connect either . i know the uk connection is happening to myself and someone else on seperate computers and seperate accounts. please help. it seems tohave started in the last 3 weeks . thank you john sparks gjsparks@gmail.com
