I received your emails with my acct details. I have triple checked username and password and attempted to get on to the VPN.
I had to get a new desk top computer but I am pretty sure I haven't used all my devise downloads. Internet here in SA is difficult
without the VPN. -

Hi I just purchased yoiur product today, and I~m not sure if I~ve configured it properly.In the dashboard suggestion I see no connection status bytes, duration or ip address, I assume i~m doing something incorrectly

1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

i am so disapointed in how this vpn service works. if i new that it was this bad i would not have paid for it. i have never experienced such a frustrating vpn beforre. i think the longest ive had it work for was 20 mintues. if i could go back in time i would not purchase this and i am not going to refer this vpn to anyone. stay away is what im going to tell them

Auto reconnect?? Really? I love purevpn, but if I can't leave it on with confidence overnight.... BTW, the Vancouver server is amazingly fast...and flaky. Disconnects constantly, whenever I leave the computer alone it invariably disconnects at some point.
