Dear Pure Team,
I can't get a french IP even if I use ie: fr1.purevpn.net I got 5.196.114.16
or another IP from Portugal etc... I got pure vpn to watch TV in France
and I can't do that because the IP is not a french IP (real not via usa or somewhere
else)..
Please let me know what is your suggestion.

I want to recomend some one to Purevpn , there used to be a tab on your log on screen to do that !

Everything works so far on my mac and my ipad. The app I DL'd for my Android phone does not work with the latest build.

My VPN connection to the UK has slowed considerably, getting around 1-2 KBS. My home internet is very fast so i know this is not the problem, When i switch to the free AnonymoX which is available for Mozilla Firefox, I immediatekt get very high connnection rates and I am able to browse. Would you know why this is happeneing? I seem to have this problem on my laptop an dnot on the ipad.

@R Prenter - Please try switching between protocols i.e PPTP/L2TP and also switch between UK servers and then check again.

Hi, when I try to connect to the UK it is so slow its useless for any video streaming.
This has been going on for a few weeks now, change to france great, othr countries they are fast, UK, virtually no kbps, c
Can you help please or fix it?
Do you need more server capacity in the UK?!!!
