    Split tuneling also does not work asking me to run pure vpn whith administrator right what i am doing but in this case my ip is still the same .

    Hello,
    My VPN service is very disfunctional.
    I only use it for TV watching from the UK via my computer. However, it is extremely slow and pages do not load. When I switch to the free Firefox anonymoX, it works much better and I am able to watch. My internet is very fast so this is not a problem with my local connection. I had left a similar feedback before, but no one has attempted to respond . Regards, Gbade

    The server is unreachable. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.

    I keep getting the above erro today. I have just switched to MAc. I am in China

    Hi--

    I am trying purevpn for the first time trying to access italy. Was trying to access rai.com but the bitrate is so low that it is impossible to stream--avg is only about 50kbps. How can I improve the bitrate?

    Hello. We purchased Pure VPN mostly to be able to watch Hulu and Netflix. Neither of which are working anymore. Please fix this or you will lose a subscriber.

    If we have had enough feedback on a dedicated router let's pole as to who would buy one. I think it is really needed because we do not know what is all in place with our ISP that would slow down the connection.

    Hi Up and running, though i was instructed to have two user names and two passwoards. when asked to enter MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD I DIDNT KNOW WHAT ONE TO USE. I JUST TRIED BOTH AND HOPED FOR THE BEST.......... IT COULD BE CLEARER WHAT ONE TO USE

    I wish the VPN was more reliable. I spend less time browsing the web and more time trying to reconnect to the VPN. I try to cycle between Canada serves, USA servers, UK servers and even Japanese servers.
    Furthermore, the China server completely disappeared from my list and has not reappareared.

    I am having difficulty with your PURE VPN program.

    1. Cannot connectect to the internet using many of your servers. I seen many complaints about this on the Internet
    2. I get an error using yur server in the UK: You are not permitted to login from this location. Please go to https:// to unlock....
    3. Your Windows user form is not resizable, can't get to some of the controls on the top or the bottom if the screen on a small screen.

    With these problems, I am not finding your tool very useful.

    I have akready asked this question, maybe it went astray?
    I am in Thailand at the moment and use pure vpn for banking. However, there appears to be a quirk in te system. On several occasions, hotmail has contacted me stating that there has been suspicious activity and can I verify my account. I thought I was connected to either the UK (mostly) or the USA. However, hotmail is stating I am connecting to other places like Holland or Mauritius. This does not inspire confidence, especially Mauritius!
    Plese advise me how to check what country, but more importantly, How can I be sure?
