    les pido por favor que me ayuden a intalar coreectamente este programa ya que no se computadoras y hay una persona donde vivo que siempre nos esta molestando, gracias s Dios yuve la opoetunidad de ver un libro, donde nrecomienda ampliamente este programa y por eso lo compre he tratado de ponerlo corretactamente y cunado le doy mi userid purevpn0s2530487 y la password siempre me manda un mensaje que dice el lofin in incorrect y yo trato de protegerme de hotspot ya que hago uso de ello, ya que no tengo internet en su casa, me pudieran hacer el favor de ayudarme mandadome un link no lo que haga falta para que funcione , mi userid es amaltea07@hotmail.con i en google es gcastellanos200@gmail.com, de antemano les agradezco su valiosa ayuda

    i use your service from spain so i can access and play the uk national lottery but the lottery site does not me access although i am on a uk vpn.
    They seem to know this, what can you do so i can play the uk lottery online?

    Your error messages are impossible to read. in Win 10. The first line appears but you cannot read subsequent lines. The Pure VPN window is quite small and the error messages are across the bottom.

    watching TV on SRF.ch was working before, Now it is not working any more when connected to fastest service in Switzerland. It says on SRF.CH it is only wirking while in Switzerland. Pure VPN shows IP address as 136.0.7.47

    Hi,

    Pure isn't loading up anymore, it keeps saying L@TP server did not respond. This has been doing this for a two days now non-stop but the Pure is constantly doing this, you always seem to have a problem with connectivity and its frustrating, specially when I am abroad and have work to do. I really need this problem to stop or a refund.
