    @marc - In order to better assist you please share the following information:
    1) Which server do you try to connect?
    2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
    3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
    4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
    5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
    6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly

    I activated the internet kill function and now can't connect . How do I start with administrator rights.
    Why wasn't there an explanation of this "start as admnistrator" obligation when I choose the kill function? After one day of use, I'd say your program looks very compete, but your user interface is incompletey explained.

    Hi, I've just reformatted my Mac and reinstalled the latest app, however, it prompts me that that I'm missing a helper tool whenever i try to connect. Could you please urgently assist on this?

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have a problem to connect the China server " Guang Zhou". After i connect to the server "GuangZhou" , I use my browser to open any web site. That did not display anything. Easily can say by web site dead.
    Otherwise i connect to the Chongqing ( Via USA ) that is working, but i don't want the IP address is USA.
    Is it can improve the server to help me connect to the China server?

    When I try to connect to Korean fastest server, the message shows 'There seems to be some issue with your Operating System, the RRAS service could not start.....
    Please help me what to do please

    I chose (3 day testing) purevpn as it has a server in Spain. I expected to connect Yomvi (Canal+) from US. But I can´t even connect to *any* webpage if I choose ¨fastest spain¨. Unlikely.

    Guys, your Smart DNS update for OS X is a joke.
    You really can't input my ip address in the form? Check ANY other smart DNS service, Ad-free time, unblock-us, you name it. A little bit of basic programming required.
    C'mon, you can do better!

    Hello! I have had 2 support sessions, one with Hummer the other name I have forgotten. No one could solve my proble. My only but very big problem is that I cant get a decent connection between France and Sweden. Unstable and slow. The problems started wednesday this week, the same day as the police had a big razzia against a server-hall (pirate Bay) near Stockholm. Were You involved? But my main problem is, will Pure VPN get a better connection very soon? Othervise I havde to cancel my subscription and use an othe VPN-supplier. I have alreday tried som thats work very good. I just want to add that i was very satisfied with your service before this wedneday. Be onest and tell me what happened and what to do to get a good cennection.
