I have just purchased an annual unlimited subscription - but I cannot download torrents since I connected to PURE. My internet is also much slower. Is this normal? Can you let me know wht I am doing wrong.
Or should I get a refund?

Poor service ! Tried different servers but your service is worse than free vpn software. You guys are ripping people off ! Really dissapointed :(

I have just installed pure vpm and I went to download from kickass and it took ages and didn't download the torrent. When I disconnected Pure VPN it worked immediately.
Can you let me know how to make it function correctly?

@Duane Peres - Please follow the below steps to start the program as an administrator.
1. Close PureVPN software completely
2. Exit it from system tray
3. Right click on PureVPN software icon
4. Go to properties
5. Click on compatibility tab
6. Under privilege level select run this program as an administrator
7. Click on change settings for all users
8. Click on run this program as an administrator again
9. Click OK -

s250201.pointtoserver.com is not working, trying to get youtube Italy, I am get other italian servers but I still get not available in your country???
