1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

@Daryl - Kindly go to your Network Preference, select VPN connection remove username and password, make sure there is no space left then re enter your username and password then connect / disconnect. Now launch PureVPN app remove username and password, make sure there is no space left then re enter your username and password then connect.
Please follow the below steps to reset your VPN password:
1. Please Open Client Login page http://billing.purevpn.com/clientarea.php
2. Enter your registration email address and password to login to Client Area
3. Goto account details
4. Click on change password
5. Click on change VPN password
6. You will receive an email with token No so enter your token No and click verify
7. Then enter your desired password
8. Click save changes -

Connection to Australia is really shit you need better speeds it's impossible to do anything. Also one of the servers (Brisbane I think) seems to have been exposed, sites know I'm not really in Australia when I'm connected to it. Please fix this, it's a bit useless otherwise.

Hi,
When connected through pureVpn I find page loading is slower. My browser sometimes freezes which doesn't happen when not using the program.
I also wanted to be anonymous so that I could download movies from places that don't normally supply to New Zealand. No Go..
I've even used other servers and still no go.I think your product is not suitable for my computer and would like to terminate our agreement. I do not wish to subscribe further. When this payment runs out I wish to cancel.

Program works well but what is with the pop up that asks for my password. Is it not enough that it is entered in the dashboard. It's not like I can change my password to soemthing that is easier to remember so I am continually having to look it up. Please get rid of that annoying password pop up.

Hello there,
after a few minutes watching Italian TV abroad, the signal stops and the message that since I am not Italy I cannot watch the tv appears. It seems your are jumping from an Italian server to one of a different country or that the tv channel identifies your servers and cuts the signal.
Please do something.

I find connections aren't nearly as long as they used to be, I CONTANTLY have to KEEP RE-CONNECTING!! This is TERRIBLE, LIFT YOUR GAME!!

Hi -
I've been using PureVPN since the weekend and it was working very well for the first two days, but not working yesterday and today.
After verifying my username and password, my purevpn says it has been connected, but I can't connect to any website. Out has about 60 kbps, while In has at most 1kbps, and nothing works when I open the browser.
Let me know if there's any setting I need to change. Thanks a lot!
