    Dear PureVPN,
    I had paid all the required money by alipay, but found
    the invoice status were still unpaid on your web, and i can't get
    the config Email from you.

    It is more than 2 hours about since i paid to you, pls check it
    and feed back to me as soon as possible.

    Hello , i have an account with purevpn , and i try to connect on it now but it says account is disabled .. i am traveling in the moment .. and i am in Egypt .. coming back to UAE tomorrow . kindly verify the issue .. thanks

    @lagarde Please select Netflix France from the purpose drop down menu in the PureVPN software, and then connect VPN with that server. Then try to access Netflix France and share the results with us.

    the french server is not based in france I believe, there is content I can reach with tunnelbear like netflix that show french netfilx, but with pure vpn it's not the french one.
    Pretty unhappy with that

    @carole chala - In order to better assist you please share the following information:
    1) Which server do you try to connect?
    2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
    3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
    4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
    5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
    6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly

    Your service is slow, i cannot believe it, i pay 10 Euros for a month and only receive a VPN which is slow like a free vpn
    My friend has Astrill VPN and its way more faster then pure"slow"vpn.

    I just got back to UAE after installing pure vpn while I was in Turkey. I have the setting of fastest Singapore which is what the technician recommended.

    I tried skype (which would not work without VPN here) and it worked, but the connection to the VPN server disconnects frequently. I get the follwoing message:

    The server is unreachable. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.

    In addition, as I'm surfing regular sites like facebook frequently the webpage is not available.

    PUre VPN seems a bit unreliable at the moment for me. Any suggestions?
