It seems that China has redoubled its efforts to throttle your work.
other VPNs that I know of are also under the thumb.
In addition to yours, I use Express.
Both yours and them are performing badly lately.
I have seen this in many venues in many configurations and under many different ways.
Others with separate accounts, coming in from different computers, on different wifi/broadband sources are having similar experience.
PLease look into the fact that it is now much harder to have a secure connection in China.
I can't even use Facebook, much less trust my banking actions.

Mac app is really dated. Needs support for yosemite dark mode, theres a graphics glitch where the PureVPN window is always flickering white randomly when in use.

@Peter Thomlinson - Login to your client area and click on "My Services" option. It will list all your active services. At extreme right of each service row there is an image resembling "->" arrow, click on that. On next page that opens, you will find "Request Cancellation" at bottom

Hi
With regards to your feedback submission I noticed that after I finsihed rating
it mentioned "Sended to the Serrver" or something on those lines.There is no such word as "Sended" it should ideally be "Sent"
Also this suggetion box I am typing in does not word wrap.

@Ignacio Please disable the firewall of your router and allow PPTP and L2TP passthrough options in your router, if any. Then again try to connect by switching between the servers and protocols and share the results with us.

I'd like to see a split tunneling option which inverts the current use of Split tunneling so that everthing runs through the VPN EXEPT some programms that you can start with the purevpn client.

I use PureVPN in China. It would be really handy if you added an "automatic reconnect" optional feature to your VPN client. The connection is unstable here and I'd rather not need to babysit the computer during long downloads.

Good afternoon,
I'm having problems when trying to connect through iPhone and MacBook.
Already tried several times with diferent servers, but none of them seem to work out.The error message says:
"No se ha podido establecer una conexión con el servidor PPP. Inténtelo de nuevo. Si el problema persiste, compruebe los ajustes y póngase en contacto con el administrador."
