    Hi,

    I have some issue's
    Both on my iphone and on my pc vpn disconnects after 10 seconds, every time
    I dont no what is wrong but i did al settings as it should be done, and i have paid also
    5 dollar.

    So please help me with this

    Your service has been completely useless to me. All I get are stupid messages that it can't connect to open VPN whatever that means!

    Overall, total waste of time and money.

    There should be an option to able to open purevpn in the Admin mode everytime, without having to close and reopen.

    When I use hulu.pointtoserver.com it no longer allows me to watch videos on Hulu. Do you have a different server I can connect to?

    Hi, i do not know why PureVPN do not work with some websites.
    for example, my previous VPN Services, were able to unlock some Brazilian sites like www.gpguia.net when i choose a Brazilian Server.. But Purevpn cant!.
    This site is blocked from foreign access, and Brazilian Servers used by PureVPN can not "lie" to this website, but Astrill, Go Trusted and other VPNs could do it easy.

    Please, try to test it and check what it do not works, ok..?

    SKYPE APPARENTLY DOES NOT LIKE VPN....I HAVE CONFIRMED THIS SEVERAL
    TIMES WHILE TALKING TO MY FRIEND IN USA. WILL NOT STAY CONNECTED.
    TURNED OFF VPN AND NO PROBLEM.

    WHY?

    My VPN is working - thank you. However, when I go to log into certain UK sites they detect I am not in the UK how can this be? Thanks for your feedback

    I been using it few day and Im not happy with your product.

    1 - On the iphone 6 does not stay connected

    2- on my Macbook does not remember password

    Hi, it is strange that when i connect your vpn on pc, after a few minutes, the connection to internet is broken.
    Can you advise how to fix this problem?
    My pc system is windows 8.1.
