whats with your vpn.. it isnt wort to subscribe an unlimited plan, i cant even used it on my phone and here in my computer the connection is always disconnect and always ask my username password etc.. Can u just please give me an link on which i can used the vpn automatic, coz im quit pissed off in this way..

Please deactivate automatic update of the software.
I could not find anywhere in the software to turn auto updating off
Twice now, the update comes on automatically and fails and the application
will not work any more.
I have to then uninstall the application and install it all over again -

I HATE using your shit service, 7 months ago it was great connections and speed, Connections use to last me 3-4 days, and be FAST speeds.
NOW I get disconnected within 2 hrs, and have to re-enter tediously my password manually everytime I use it on my mac mini version 10.9.5

This is more of a complaint then suggestion I guess...
I used to be able to use more or less my maximum internett speed on your service before (20-30mbit) but I'm now down to 300-400kbit most days, which makes your service pretty much useless to me.
So I guess the suggestion is, focus a bit more on being able to deliver high speeds then new features in the future, many of the new features are really nice, but they do not make up for lower speeds.

Hi,
Will there be a problem if I use task mamager to stop VPN from running in the background when not logged on? I don't see the need for a process running unless I'm using it.

Suggestions to improve PureVPN :
- In the application, when we put the mouse pointer over the question marks, the popup windows disappears after 5 seconds, even without moving the pointer.
This makes her very uncomfortable reading.
Suggestion :
--> Make it fixed, or maintain apparent until the mouse pointer leaves the question mark.- In our account and application, there is no clear basis of our subscription status. Nohing indicates exactly when the subscription ends and protection. The due date of the invoice is not enough.
Suggestion :
--> Indicate the date and exact time of the end of our subscription, or countdown. -

Hi I am constantly finding the vpn drops on my ipad and iphone as soon as I open the browser, additionaly my pc refuses to connect with an 807 error.
Neither of my passwords are accepted when trying to switch VPN's and its now getting more than a little frustrating.
Note vpn was dropping in the UK too so itsan issue between software and apple
please advise fix.

Hi,
Lately I have been having a hard time connecting for more than a few minutes. It takes 15-20 minutes to find a server and then once connected I have only 5-10 minutes before the connection gets lost or becomes unbearable slow. Has something changed?
