I wanted to confirm the authenticity of the request for me sent via email to provide a photo of the front of my credit card with some of the information covered. Is this a legitimate request from PureVPN?

Hi Guys, just to tell you that still when choosing UNBLOCK WEBSITES as purpose and choosing "connect to the fastest server" it chooses CHINA... Is not exactly unblocking anything... You should try to fix this. Thanks!

Sorry, but this application doesn`t work properly in China.
Take a look at Astrill. Once installed you`ll never have a problem.....I`ve really got no benefit. -

nothing but trouble connecting,so far tablet and phone had to be manual input,mac mini proving impossible .....not a happy camper will probally cancel

I am so disappointed. Speed is modem slow and is not stable. I got (and paid) your service last week and I am really regretting my choice.

@meghan foz - Kindly go to your Network Preference, select VPN connection remove username and password, make sure there is no space left then re enter your username and password then connect / disconnect. Now launch PureVPN app remove username and password, make sure there is no space left then re enter your username and password then connect. It will resolve your username password issue.

Regarding password issue kindly go to your Network Preference, select VPN connection remove username and password, make sure there is no space left then re enter your username and password then connect / disconnect. Now launch PureVPN app remove username and password, make sure there is no space left then re enter your username and password then connect.
