    In Split Tunneling, add the option to auto launch (or relaunch) the application after VPN connection hs been established,

    Hello,

    I have some complains about PureVPN :
    1) it always asks me my password even if the box "save the pasword" is ticked - in iPhone and in my Mac computer
    2) these days the connexion is very very slow on VPN and it disconnects very often

    Please advise on how to fix these problems.

    In mainland China, the speed is very unstable, perhaps some government obstacles in this regard, perhaps Pure VPN should have some technological breakthroughs or users in the use of some of the technical settings, hoping to get a more comprehensive support, especially can a Chinese technical support pages, so that we do not know English users can more fully understand the use of VPN. Thank you!

    Help! I cant connect because it asks for a username and password. I never set one up. On the dashboard i put in a username and a password and saved it but that doesnt work when I input that into the box.

    hi, i recently moved from a window8.1 laptop to a Mac Pro Yosemite 10.10.2 and downloaded your latest VPN for this mac and found the UI is really not up to standard. the words on this UI is blurred and whole UI design is not great. I hope you guys can make it look better?

    So far, your service has been all but worthless to me. I never have been able to find anyone there who can figure out why I can't view TV from the UK on my iPad, and then today I was just about to view ITV when the page went blank that the only message I've recieved is "backend not available." If there's no way for me to view what I want to see, I should get a refund.

    Hi,

    I've got a free trail with pure vpn and I've connected my mobile phone. It works well on it.

    However I've downloaded the appli for my Mac and tried to connect to purevpn with the same password and login but it doesn't work !

    hi, ive noticed the internet speeds have greatly slowed the last 4 days...im using sydney australia servers, im being forced to use ipvanish vpn which is about twice as fast as purevpn at the moment...

    we just bought a year of VPN service - so we could get into US websited like Netflicks and AMC and PBS. Today, one day later, the service is terrible - it freezes every few seconds; we had great service last time we bought VPN last summer. HELP

    hi,

    any chance of ever having 'split tunneling' by URL? so i can use one browser, but certain URL's are through VPN, other's are not. would be great for china.

    It would be useful to be able to give command line switches in the split tunneling window for applications.
    For example to be able to open Chrome in incognito mode from purevpn.

    It would be greate if you had a protocol to connect OpenVPN over SSL,
    To disguise the connection and bypass office firewalls.

    I just set up my account in order to be able to access netflix in Greece I was advised to set up a US vpn but now have found I cant sign up because my paypal account and my credit cards are from the uk and they only accept american ones.
    So i would like a refund for this as I only wanted to use netflix
    Please can my account be credited?
