1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

VERY DISAPPOINTED:
Spending all my time tryng different servers to improve VPN speed (unsuccessfully)
Getting ridiculously slow speeds and multiple connection drop outs.
I am in Spain trying to watch UK TV programms on a 8mbps Spanish Movistar connection.When logged into PureVPN my connection speeds drops to 50 kbps and makes video/streaming impossible to watch live

After renewing my licence I don't seemed to get any bandwith at all, could you let me know why,the (in is 0 KBS and the out seemed to be going into thousand of KBS )

Hi there. I noticed that if you leave the smartDNS feature active for a long time, in the end you are gonna loose the link with those dns... Basically you won't be able to activate them with the green button in the interface (unresponsive), and you are forced to go under the internet options of the OS to manually switch to the normal dns. So it may be useful to add a button to "reset the dns to the previous one" in case navigation become unresponsive for the reason above. good day,

Had problems getting PureVPN to work on mac/osx. Tried several different support executives, and never resolved.
Finally - Bazel (Kasper on chat) was able to get me functional. He saved you a customer, as I was planning on cancelling sub, and getting refund.

All servers keep disconnecting.
Sometimes after 1 min, sometimes after 5 or 10.
This defeats the purpose of trying to mask my location when downloading as it reverts back to my standard ISP defined IP.
Why am I paying for anonymity when it can't be guaranteed? -

It would be really great if purevpn would automatically reconnect if the connection is lost so that downloads don't become visible to the people I am paying purevpn to hide me from.

Hello, I received an email supposedly from you stating that my account had a verification problem and that you needed my credit card info sent to an email address or that you would suspend my account in 24hrs. Was this a real email sent from VPN or is someone fishing for information? I will await your reply. Thank-you. David Prosser

Hi there
I have an issue with PureVPN sometimes disconnecting without me knowing. This leaves me exposed. Is there anyway to set up PureVPN so that it auto reconnects?
An auto reconnect actually doesn't resolve the issue, because if someone like Maverickeye is collecting IP addresses for piracy cases, it would only take 1KB of my true IP to incriminate me.
How do I prevent this?
