    Add a tick box for the client to start minimized. Pop up to inform user that connection to VPN has been made.

    I have been trying to upload my renewed VPN service to my new Mac Book Air, since April 24 it is still not working, when i renewed my service it said my password would stay the same, when i try to log on it says my name or password is incorrect I am putting in purevpn0s167754 as name and the same password I was using on my old computer

    Great VPN but it is always necessary for me to reinstall it on every start up or I get "An unhandled exception has occurred"?

    PureVPN does not allow me to access Gmail or any of the Google Apps in China as promised before I had signed it up.

    1. I'd like to talk one Technical competent support staff who maybe able to address the issue.

    2. I would like a full refund If #1 doesn't work.

    after updateing to yosemite my vpn no longer connects it will open but will not connect and i get an error message staeting helper not installed, "reinstall"
    i have re installed downloaded from your website but can not connect.
    any suggestions?

    Very disappointed. The newest update for OSX 10.10.3 (which took FOREVER to come) is too glitchy to even use. It can't hold a connection, tries to reconnect, then freezes the program. I have to use Acitivity monitor just to kill the process. This has happened three times while even trying to type this feedback! Then, when the program tries to start again it doesn't show up for at least 2 minutes! I had to downgrade in order to regain functionality. Hope this can be addressed and fixed. (Also, how is the program still not even retina? For the price of the VPN, I was really hoping for a more reliable and modern product......)

    I used this soft on windows 7 and Ipad, and it is very convenient and help me a lot.
    But now I want to install it on Fedora21 Linux. I have used some methods which I found on website, failed.
    Can you provide a method of installation for me and send it to my email?
