    I can't get through to customer support. What secure port do I use to connect to my email via purevpn. IMAP.aol.com security SSL/TLS? 465, 993 and 585 don't work - can't send or receive emails. I'm using Thunderbird

    Hi,
    purevpn is showing on its graph of download speeds from 200kbps to 1200 kbps,
    yet i'm still having trouble stream youtube videos smoothly.
    Is there a recommended server? What is the fix to this slow speed problem?

    I have just bought your service but i dont understand how it works with the internet.please let me explain.when i connect on vpn server do i have to surf on your connection or can i just do surfing as usual on my verizon router?if i use my verizon internet am i still monitored or im using your internet now?if i have to go through your service then explain how.how does this work do i connect to you?please help.thanks

    why recently my VPN goes very slow?
    It need 10~30 seconds to open the google front page.

    just to say my computor i5 4460+gtx970+8g ddr3 1600 and internet connet speed is 50M bandwidth.
    I can't understand why have such low speed.

    Unfortunately the connection is since 2 month really bad and very slow, no matter
    to which country I want to connect. So internet can nearly not be used.

    Also technical support could not help to solve the problem.

    Lately, I cannot connect to the Thailand ip. It has been like this for the past 1 - 2 weeks.

    Hello,

    I'm an American living in the PRC and am having trouble connecting to your VPN on both my MAC and iPhone 6. As for my MAC I have asked around, and was told to switch the setting on my Pure VPN to "high encription" for best results, but can't find this option. On my iPhone 6 the access is very spotty and when I do have it I still can't fully connect to apps like Instagram. What do you reccomend I do to be able to enable the VPN for both my MAC and iPhone?

    Your PureVPN application puts an icon in the Windows task bar on the bottom of the screen when it is running.

    This icon is the letter "p" inside a shield on a green background.

    Suggestion: Present the icon using a green backgound (as at present) whenever the application is connected and use a red backgound whenever the application is not connected. Thiks would provide instant visual notification to the user that they are not protected whenever the application loses its connection (for whatever reason).
