    I paid to renew my account access but I it tells me it cannot connect to the server at this time.

    Do I use the same password in the application as on the web site? I tried it but still could not get onto teh VPN servers.

    On the Purevpn client for Mac, in the billing tab, it says 'order now' under 3 categories. NONE of them do anything! How am I supposed to order when your ordering thing is broken?D

    Apparently I have setup my user name and password on the Dashboard but it keeps asking to enter password everytime I connect with different locations or protocols.
    It would be nice if it can remember it all the time. Thank you.

    better user interface.....server dosent connect to specified server 100% of the time......need to add bacground running (still running after i x out window)

    My connection repeatedly disconnects. The disconnection is sporadic and unpredictable. I have tried all the suggestions on your website but nothing works. I will be forced to change providers if this continues (has been happening for months).

    the split tunneling is not working.

    I enabled this functiond, add add 3 applications to the list. but none of them
    could access to the network througth the tunneling.

    How to fix this bug?

    Difficulty understanding and following your instructions. I entered a name and password and now it won't accept them.Since they are all hidden with ******* I am unable to determine what I typed incorrectly. If you are able to look this up, the password I meant to register with was this: Nodtoday13

    can you keep the next ver of client with same interface but better graphic,i use beta ver before but not like it and more complicated to use.

    I have been using Pure for two days now and even though trying various settings it appears to be an enormous resource hog. I have 4 gb of ram and previously in dile mode I rarely used more than 1 Gb . Now with Pure open I am using nearly 3Gb !!! makine my computer's fan run at full speed and everything else at a snails pace.
    If you are unable to offer a solution I will have to consider asking for a refund as this program is clearly not suitable.

    when i try and send a email with the VPn connect it wont send??
