    I like how pureVpn can autostart but how about minimizing to task bar as well?

    Dear Purevpn,

    I just wanted to share that I am extremely satisfied with this service! Great Vpn. I am in China and while my colleagues are having issues with their vpns, purevvpn has been working amazingly for me with all the different working servers.

    the countries list should be in alphabetical order or leave on the top the most used countries.

    that would be nice to have some feature that would alow us to renew the ip and keep a similar connection profile.

    that would be great to have an extra tab with the favorite connection presets.

    and i don't see a reason to block torrent in brazil, as it is not prohibited here.

    Really dislike your new GUI. It requests a password everytime it dropsout even though I have checked the right boxes. I thought you other GUI/App was much better and much better looking. This looks really ugly and boring and just does not work as well. Sad that its an upgrade when it feels like a downgrade.

    You question about whether or not you should offer your own branded router etc.... means nothing to me as i have no clue what you are talking about!

    When I connect to Japan, use pptp/sstp, all sites shows korean.
    The IP is 172.94.86.6.

    I am a customer of Sky in Italy. I have been using purevpn to see Sky Go from abroad (Moldova). But now 17/12/2015 I can't see Sky Go even with Pure VPN. Could you suggest me something ?? This is the only reason I have been your cistomer in the last year. So if it is impossible, I will no more make subscription. Thanks

    Hello,
    your service is really bad.
    Since the first day has been an awful experience.
    I bought you annual plan to see the italian tv from Spain but your service is really terrible.
    I have never had such a bad experience.
    I'll try to advise on the web as many people as i can that your service is really useless. And your support too.

    I cannot connect the VPN as it says that "it's not installed properly", but I never seen this problem before.

    Hi,

    I have a Mac and am using the purevpn client.

    i have found that occasionally I lose the VPN connection. that is ok, but why doesn't it stop all internet traffic in that instance? what is the point of the VPN if it sometimes falls over and then your computer continues to send data unencrypted over the internet?

    Is there a way to configure my client so it won't do that? thanks

    Hi,

    I am using PureVPN on Mac OSX 10.10.5.
    Every time I want to connect to PureVPN, I have to enter my password. In the dashboard, I have already entered by password and username, and checked the "remember me" box. Yet each time I try to connect, I am still asked for a password. Please help me fix this.
