    VPN Service is excellent, but the Mac client totally sucks! Very outdated to look at and pretty unstable.

    My vpn is always failed to connect, when I click 'connect' it says "the application is not correctly installed" and tells me to reinstall and I don't know how to deal with this problem.

    I have been subscribed with Purevpn for a while however recently my subscription is finished and i cant connect to Purevpn to renew it. it is blocked bcause im from saudi arabia could you please help.

    Dear Team of Pure vpn:
    I am one of your customers. My username is v257807. My Pure VPN worked well till 28 December 2015. Suddenly demanded Pure VPN me to enter user name and password, and I entered my user name and password, but die Pure VPN did not work. How can I resolve this problem?

    Liebe Leute,
    bisher funktioniert VPN bei mir gut, dann heute verlangte das Programm VPN, in Dashboard Benutzername und Passwort zu geben. Ich habe in Dashboard Benutzername und Passwort gegeben, aber VPN funktioniert auch nicht.
    Was soll ich tun?

    the PureVPN application for Mac keeps the machine non-sleeping, if you close the lid.

    That is not standard Apple practice and not a desired function.
