    Hello
    I use pure to watch swedish television when I am outside sweden. But the speed has got to slow so it is not possible anymore. Is this something you can fix?

    The dailer does not automaticly reconnect when I wake up my Mac. Instead it says that I'm not connected to internet wich is not true. This is very inconvinient. I don't want to remember about connecting VPN everytime I wake up the computer.

    Unable to access server rendering VPN service completely useless. I was advised to continue using pureVPN through "easy SSTP" (a separate download) but that significantly slows down internet and now is unable to hold the connection for more than 30 seconds. Absolutely dissatisfied customer.

    I've tried connecting serveral different ways, but the abc server seems to be able to detect that I'm not in the US.

    It would be very nice, if when using my mini Mac computer and PureVPN, if I didn't have to give my password each time I sign on, even though your software is set to "remember me" and my username and password are saved in it.

    Hi,
    thank you for this great software.
    I suggest a feature wich allow users to start the purevpn software automaticaly after ,say 3-4 minuites after pc starts, why? because purevpn takes ca. 30 seconds till it open, and this will delate pc start.

    cants connect from many weeks

    impossible to have the suppoet

    Since many days, i can't use Spain server, too slow, i think there is a problem with the server. Because i use other server like France and everything works fine.

    Hi, I can't connect PureVPN on my Mac pro. I enter my account name and the password and click the 'connect', after almost 10seconds it is show me I am fail. I dont know why it is. Please help me.
