    I cannot use vpn from my iphone 5 from last few days..what to do...

    Regarding the connection problem in China, the solution links provided are unable to access to, including "here are some fixes", "Dowload fixes here in PDF Format here.“ "You can use the 24/7chat feature by clicking here." Please fix. Thank you.

    non of the servers are connecting from china. it gets stuck at verifying username and password.

    I am currently living in China and need to use a VPN for email, work, and other
    purposes. There has been a recent update on China's internet security that I
    believe is the reseaon for being unable to use PureVPN and the reason for my
    collegeauges to no longer being able to use other VPN companies.

    I would like to know what changes and updates you have available or you are
    working on so that I can continue using PureVPNs services.

    I can't seem to connect to VPN lately, it always stop at "Verifying username and password".

    Currently in China, anyway to resolve this?

    Sorry, my PureVPN doesn't work for more than 2 days. I really wonder why, please help me. When i try to connect the VPN, it also said the server doesn't reply.

    Hello,
    I have problem connecting Pure VPN in China since 2 days ago. I already tried your solutions provided in a PDF file. I am using MAC so only the first one is valid for me. However, my interface looks different from the Pure VPN on the PDF guide. I dont know where to put the uk1.ptoserver.com for example.
    Please help me.

    1. to confusing, to use passwords not one but two.
    2.Location,hard to cahange
    3.Last year pureVPN was much easer to use.
    4. Hola works great and free
    5. I will give it one more day.

    Please fix your connection dashboard. I live in China and the "HACK" fix
    (going into Network and Sharing)to engage VPN) is
    is a crap sollution to the Chinese Firewall problem.

    It has limited bandwidth and my trading platforms (I trade FOREX and
    Equities for a living) WILL NOT WORK when connected via Windows 7
    Network & Sharing.
    IF this cannot be fixed ..... refund the remaining portion of my yearly subscription.

    Your service does not work in China Chengdu , I think my ISP already block,

    I have trouble that I cannot use my VPN anymore on any of my devices. I also cannot
    do any live chat. Please can somebody tell me what is wrong and why I cannot use your
    service anymore.

    Am still unable to connect. Setup account yesterday and by mistake I entered "pyrevpn 0s12286" Instead of "purevpn )s12286, how do I correct this, showing error 691...thanks
