    I am using purevpn on my MAC and it apparently does not completely link me to the USA because when I try to access certain verification websites (ie Mypoints.com) it can still see that I am outside the US instead of seeing me at my stateside vpn location. I don't see anywhere to make sure I have the latest purevpn client. This appears to be the same one I loaded up last year. Have you updated or improved it any the last year.

    Netflicks stopped working in other countries.... how come? did they figure out how to block VPN?

    It's really a shame and a crime on your part to accept a 2 year subscription payment and then not honor your obligation. I really am disappointed in your business practices. I certainly will never recommend you to even my worst enemy. I strongly suggest that you unlock my account immediately and without haste.

    Your proxy is not working. Netflix can detect it and asks me to disconnect. I cannot watch movies... this has continued for hours.n

    not sure why pure vpn won't work for me while im on holiday in Thailand. Now my password won't work either. Why does VPN always muck around with passwords. It would be a hell of a help if you allowed passwords to be viewed when entered.
    Can you reset my password and connection please.

    Hello,
    I use your VPN for watching Netflix US from Germany.
    But...........Netflix has blocked watching us films from Germany locations.
    Is tthere any way to solve that problem?
